I never knew the Navy even had such a thing as a combat artist but I actually met one on one of my trips to Naples, Italy in August of 2003. After our 2 minute introduction, I contacted Monica some months later to see if she would do a painting for me and in return I would make a website for her. She agreed and I have been her webmaster since her sites inception in 2003.
